Nervousness is felt by many people while driving because of crazy drivers, busy roads, so much of traffic etc. Not everyone is able to realize that when it happens to them in actual they are going through the anxiety attack. Although anxiety while driving is not considered to be dangerous for the health of the person but it can cause many problems for you as well as for others on road. One common factor which is noticed in driving anxiety people is that they change their routes and go through streets and roads that are not too much occupied as well as they try to avoid bridges and highways. 

Other people make use of bridges and highways in order to lessen their driving time or they stop driving completely. If you feel the same that you get nervous while driving then take out the solution so that you can overcome this problem for once and all. You can easily overcome it but you have to understand that it is not a serious matter and it is just your state of mind. Many people when they are absorbed by the anxiety attack during driving they think that they had the heart attack. In case of heart attack you require immediate medical help but in case of anxiety by consulting doctor you can overcome it easily.

If someone known in your area is suffering from passive aggressive personality disorder then the treatment should begin immediately. But prior to treatment one should understand what healthy, normal personality is? People who have normal personality can adjust with any environment easily and do not face any difficulty in establishing relationship with other people. The healthy personality people have the ability to fulfill their wishes and dreams and can control their emotions easily. In personality disorder the person’s attitude becomes permanent, unchangeable and disturbed towards environment. Passive aggressive behavior comes under personality disorder. 

The symptoms of this kind of behavior are fighting to other people wishes, forgetfulness, complaining, and rudeness etc. For the treatment of passive aggression there are not any proven techniques that ensure that the treatment will get successful. In order to start the treatment there are two reasons. The first one is forced in which the family, friends, employees are unable to tolerate this behavior of yours. Second is to get much better when it is realized by you that you have serious problems and you are doing nothing good for the welfare of the community. This approach is better than the first one because in it the patient is self motivated as a result the treatment gets successful.
